Popeyes UK Chicken & Pizza Ltd is hiring a Brand Ambassador Manager for a new Popeyes restaurant opening on Westmoreland Street. You will lead a Brand Ambassador team, set service standards, recruit and coach staff, and ensure guests feel special, valued and joyful throughout their visit.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, guest-focus, and culture shaping in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the face of guest excellence, guiding teams on frontline interactions and maintaining high brand

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a customer-facing team
• Strong coaching and feedback skills
• Track record of delivering memorable guest experiences
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Calm, confident leadership under pressure
• Experience in hospitality, retail or quick-service is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire the Brand Ambassador team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Set clear service expectations and ensure every guest feels welcomed
• Recruit, train and develop Brand Ambassadors, building confidence and performance
• Run regular feedback and development conversations to help your team grow
• Be the go-to person for guest concerns, handling complaints with empathy
• Monitor guest feedback and coach the team to raise service standards
