Job summary

Popeyes Ireland is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in Dublin. You’ll own daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure compliance with food safety and employment legislation.

You’ll recruit and develop your team, manage P&L, schedule labour, control costs, and deliver sales targets while upholding Popeyes’ standards and vibrant energy on shift.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment.
• Ability to uphold quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and managing P&L.

• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation
• Full accountability for restaurant performance, inc P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards
• Support and develop your team to grow their careers
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target
• Build rotas that balance availability, labour budgets, and peak trade
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action
• Bring the Fun and keep the energy high, the service smooth, and the culture poppin’

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant

• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all time

• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs

• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems

• Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future talent

• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial

• The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
