Job summary

Popeyes UK Chicken & Pizza Ltd is hiring a Brand Ambassador Manager for a new Popeyes restaurant opening on Westmoreland Street. You will lead a Brand Ambassador team, set service standards, recruit and coach staff, and ensure guests feel special, valued and joyful throughout their visit.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, guest-focus, and culture shaping in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the face of guest excellence, guiding teams on frontline interactions and maintaining high brand

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a customer-facing team
• Strong coaching and feedback skills
• Track record of delivering memorable guest experiences
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Calm, confident leadership under pressure
• Experience in hospitality, retail or quick-service is desirable

What You’ll Do

As a Brand Ambassador Manager, you’ll be the leader of guest experience and emotional culture in the restaurant.

You’ll build, coach and inspire a high-performing Brand Ambassador team, while setting the gold standard for how we make every guest Feel Special. Feel Valued. Feel Joy Always.

This isn’t simply a supervisory role. You’ll lead from the front, set the tone for the restaurant and make sure exceptional guest experiences are delivered consistently — even when we’re at our busiest.

You’ll:

• Lead, coach and inspire the Brand Ambassador team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Set clear service expectations and create a culture where every guest feels noticed and welcomed
• Recruit, train and develop Brand Ambassadors, building confidence, resilience and performance
• Run regular feedback and development conversations to help your team grow

What You’ll Bring

• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing environment
• Strong coaching and people-development skills, with the confidence to give clear and constructive feedback
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• A calm, confident approach when handling challenging situations or busy periods
• A positive, energetic and engaging leadership style
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to different people and situations
• A guest-first mindset and the drive to raise service standards
• The resilience to stay positive and composed when the pressure is on
• Previous hospitality, retail or quick-service restaurant experience is desirable
• Experience improving guest satisfaction or service standards is a bonus
