Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking a General Manager for our Ireland operations. You will own the restaurant’s performance, P&L, and staff development, ensuring outstanding food quality, service speed, and guest satisfaction.

You’ll recruit, coach and lead a high-performing team, manage stock and costs, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. Join a brand focused on hospitality, growth, and creating a positive culture.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership and developing future talent.
• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Full accountability for restaurant performance including P&L, sales, labour, and audit.
• Support and develop the team to grow their careers.
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession for the site.
• Control stock, inventory, ordering and waste to target.
• Build rotas balancing availability and labour budgets.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action.
• Keep energy high and culture vibrant.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all time

• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
• Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future talent
