Job summary

Mercedes-Benz South Dublin is seeking a Showroom Host / Social Media Administrator to manage front-desk duties and actively grow our online presence across key social platforms. The role blends customer service with content creation and brand-aligned communications.

You will produce posts for Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, welcome visitors, handle calls, assist departments, and report to the General Manager. A friendly, flexible, and team-oriented approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing and updating our various social media platforms in accordance with Mercedes-Benz guidelines.
• Creating social media posts for Instagram, Facebook and Twitter with MSL and Brand content.
• Taking part and presenting videos for social media platforms.
• Creating original content for social media channels.
• Meeting, greeting and assisting customers,
• Providing customers with refreshments, tea, coffee etc.
• Operating a busy switchboard.
• Monitoring and recording showroom traffic and incoming calls.
• Following up on customer enquiries and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Preparing and updating various reports for the General Manager.
• Providing administrative support to the Sales, Service and Parts Departments.
• Completing daily reception, sales and parts logs.
• Guaranteeing the Reception area, Customer Coffee Area and Lounge area, Children's play area andKitchen are kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
• Supporting the ISO Quality Manager.
