Job summary

Applegreen Stores is seeking a Marketing Manager for Braeburn Coffee to lead brand marketing and own the customer experience agenda across Braeburn sites. You will shape compelling campaigns, manage budgets, and collaborate with creative, digital, and operations teams to deliver high-impact activity.

The role requires 3-5 years in marketing or brand roles, strong analytical skills, and experience mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in marketing, brand management, or related commercial role.
• Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns in a fast-paced retail/ hospitality environment.
• Experience in customer experience, brand standards, or service improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
• Experience mentoring direct reports and coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead Braeburn's marketing strategy and campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns from planning to launch and review.
• Own campaign briefs and collaborate with creative, content, digital and ops teams.
• Oversee campaign execution across in-store, digital, and external channels.
• Organise photoshoots and content creation for high-quality brand assets.
• Manage packaging, POS materials, and approvals for new site openings.
• Support PR activity, media planning and local marketing initiatives.
• Lead sponsorships and partnerships to build brand equity.
