Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in Ireland is seeking a Counter Lead to support the Brand by driving sales turnover and market share with a consumer-focused approach. You will reflect a credible Brand image, maximise sales through service excellence, and ensure adherence to procedures across the store and brand.

You will manage daily operations, local marketing initiatives and events, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer facing environment.
• Ability to drive self-development and learning.
• Commercial understanding and awareness of the industry.
• Effective communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan to ensure the delivery of excellent standards at all times (product, housekeeping, displays, messaging, pricing).
• Review retail standards on a daily basis to ensure they are maintained to the required standard.
• Ensure deliveries, stock movements and related administration are completed within agreed Company timeframes.
• Ensure all auditable processes and administration are actioned to Company guidelines and take corrective action in highlighted areas of risk.
• Ensure all information requests are fulfilled accurately within deadlines.
• Minimise stock loss by enforcing Company Security Policies and Procedures.
• Create and maintain a safe working environment for consumers adhering to Company and Retailer Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure health & safety responsibilities and all operational activity achieve a minimum overall audit grade of Acceptable.
• Plan and deliver the visual merchandising layout, completed to guidelines within agreed timescales.
