The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Counter Manager in Ireland to support the Store Manager in leading a team of Sales Associates, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales and operational targets.

Candidates should bring proven supervisory and coaching experience in a fast-paced retail setting, with a passion for prestige beauty and a track record of mentoring others to reach performance goals.

Qualifications

Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fastpaced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
Support Store Manager to lead, coach and develop the team and drive store performance.
Manage inventory and cash reconciliation processes.

Support events and peak times with flexible retail hours.
