You will coordinate launches, content flows, timelines, and assets across agencies and internal teams to drive brand campaigns.

The role emphasizes collaboration with PR, social, influencer, paid media, and CRM partners, plus event support and budget tracking. A minimum of 1 year marketing experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• Min. 1 year marketing experience, preferably beauty/luxury/lifestyle.
• Hands-on experience in campaign execution, trade marketing, events, or retail marketing.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skill.

Responsabilités

• Support planning and execution of new product launches and brand campaigns across paid, earned, owned channels.
• Assist in shaping launch narratives and content flows.
• Coordinate timelines, asset readiness, stakeholder alignment.
• Support content planning across PR, social, influencer, paid media calendars.
• Work with agencies to translate brand strategy into content briefs.
• Coordinate creation and rollout of content assets (social posts, influencer content, digital banners, campaign visuals).
• Support digital/social campaigns including media buys, asset trafficking, performance tracking.
• Maintain exposure calendars across PR, digital, influencer, paid media.
• Support trade marketing and in-store activations; assist in events, masterclasses, customer activations.
• Partner with internal teams on customer-facing execution; cross-functional collaboration with CRM, Education, Sales.
• Track campaign performance, compile post-campaign recaps; maintain competitive tracking; support basic analysis.
• Manage POs, invoices, budget trackers; day-to-day coordination with agencies and vendors.
