Philip Lee LLP in Dublin 4, Ireland is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our on-site team. You will support campaigns, events, communications, design production and digital marketing initiatives to enhance the firm's brand visibility and business development.

The ideal candidate has a Level 8 degree in marketing or related field, 4 years of marketing experience in professional services, and advanced skills in InDesign, Canva and Microsoft 365, with strong design capabilities and project

Qualifications

Level 8 Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
4 yrs marketing experience working in a professional services environment (legal, financial, consulting, engineering, or similar).
Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft 365 and Canva.

Responsibilities

Maintain the firm's CRM to support client targeting, segmentation and campaigns.
Create and monitor social media content; track analytics to inform decisions.
Coordinate client events; ensure clear communication and high-quality delivery.
Design and produce marketing materials (brochures, presentations, graphics, collateral).
Support content for events, PR, and liaise with PR agencies and photographers.
Assist with sponsorships and brand visibility activities; meet deadlines.
