Job summary

Gym+Coffee in Dublin is looking for a Store Brand Ambassador to deliver a premium brand experience, drive sales and uphold our core values in every customer interaction.

You will identify customer needs, upsell and upsell opportunities, maintain store standards, and keep stock well-presented to support a vibrant community.

Flexible to work across Monday to Sunday, you’ll join a crew of hustlers and do-ers committed to Make Life Richer and a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or brand ambassador experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and upselling skills.
• Flexible weekend availability and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the brand.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
• Meet sales targets by maximising sales via upselling and add-ons.
• Deal with customer inquiries and refunds professionally, converting refunds into sales opportunities.
• Have awareness of store best sellers and use this knowledge to increase sales.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide customers with pricing and product availability information.
• Keep up to date with product information, new line launches and promotions.
• Actively participate in and support company incentives to boost sales.
• Monitor competitor activity and report improvement suggestions to management.
• Assist with stock deliveries and maintain a fully stocked shop floor.
• Ensure stock is merchandised and priced according to directives.
