Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is opening a new Popeyes restaurant in Westmoreland Street, Dublin. We are seeking a Brand Ambassador Manager to lead the guest experience, coach a high-performing team, and uphold our Feel Special. Feel Valued. Feel Joy Always. values across every shift.

What You'll Do

As a Brand Ambassador Manager, you'll be the leader of guest experience and emotional culture in the restaurant.

You'll build, coach and inspire a high-performing Brand Ambassador team, while setting the gold standard for how we make every guest Feel Special. Feel Valued. Feel Joy Always.

This isn't simply a supervisory role. You'll lead from the front, set the tone for the restaurant and make sure exceptional guest experiences are delivered consistently - even when we're at our busiest.

You'll:

• Lead, coach and inspire the Brand Ambassador team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Set clear service expectations and create a culture where every guest feels noticed and welcomed
• Recruit, train and develop Brand Ambassadors, building confidence, resilience and performance
• Run regular feedback and development conversations to help your team grow
• Be the go-to person for guest concerns, handling complaints with empathy, confidence and professionalism
• Monitor guest feedback, identify opportunities to improve and coach the team to deliver better experiences

• Keep the energy high and the atmosphere positive, even during busy trading periods
• Work closely with the wider management team to maintain exceptional service and brand standards
• Be a visible culture champion on the restaurant floor, leading by example every shift

What You'll Bring

• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing environment
• Strong coaching and people-development skills, with the confidence to give clear and constructive feedback

• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to different people and situations

• The resilience to stay positive and composed when the pressure is on
• Previous hospitality, retail or quick-service restaurant experience is desirable
• Experience improving guest satisfaction or service standards is a bonus
