Ri-Rá Brewing Company in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow is seeking an energetic Business Development Executive & Brand Ambassador to grow our draught and packaged beer business across Leinster, with focus on key customers like pubs and Musgrave.

You'll combine account management, brand activation and events within one fast-moving Irish brand. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll manage customer relationships in-store and at consumer events, represent the brand at festivals and trade

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Grow Rí-Rá's draught & packaged beer business across Leinster by developing relationships with pubs, Musgrave, O'Briens and Molloys.
• Represent the brand at consumer events, festivals and trade activations to drive awareness and trial.
• Manage customer relationships in-store and at venues, ensuring visibility and availability of the portfolio.
• Develop and deliver commercial plans, promotions and seasonal activations with key customers.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing and operations teams to hit growth targets.
