Role Overview

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent a portfolio of leading brands with a strong focus on in-store execution, sales growth, and customer engagement.

You will play a key role in driving brand visibility, supporting retail partners, and ensuring best-in-class brand representation across all store environments.

Key Responsibilities

Product Knowledge

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products to effectively educate store teams and customers.

Sales & Performance

• Support stores in promoting product ranges to maximise visibility and drive sales growth.
• Monitor and contribute to overall sales performance within assigned locations.

Event Promotions

• Represent the business at events and activations to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Content Creation

• Develop and contribute to social media content to support ongoing marketing campaigns.

Brand Representation

• Act as a true ambassador for the brand portfolio, motivating store teams and leading by example.
• Protect and enhance brand image and consistency across all retail touchpoints.

In-Store Execution

• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Maintain full product range availability and strong in-store visibility.
