Job summary

Tirlán, a leading agricultural co-operative, invites applications for a Branch Assistant at Ballinamult, Co Waterford. You will deliver friendly customer service, build relationships, and assist with stock handling, merchandising and branch operations.

The role reports to the Branch Manager and is based in Ballinamult. The successful candidate will be keen on agriculture, have strong communication skills and an energetic, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is an added benefit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a friendly, efficient and professional service to customers at all times.
• Build positive relationships with customers and support them with product and service enquiries.
• Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to help meet customer needs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Help maintain a clean, safe and well-presented store and yard environment.
• Assist with stock handling, merchandising and general branch activities.
• Support operations across different areas of the branch, including the shop and yard, as required.
• Follow all health, safety and operational procedures.
