Linkedskills Expert Talent Solutions in Dublin seeks a Branch Manager for Technical Sales & Operations to lead the daily commercial and operational performance of the Dublin branch. You will manage a small team, drive sales, and strengthen contractor relationships while ensuring stock control and high service levels.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong product knowledge in plumbing/heating/mechanical products, and a track record of achieving profitability against targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in branch management, technical sales or distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, heating, mechanical or related technical products.
• Experience selling to contractors and construction-sector customers.
• Proven ability to manage pricing, margins and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day commercial and operational performance of the branch.
• Manage and develop a small team of approximately five employees.
• Drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new commercial opportunities across plumbing, heating and mechanical markets.
• Oversee stock availability, inventory accuracy and product movement.
• Provide accurate management reporting and ensure branch profitability.
