Job summary

PTSB, a leading Irish retail and SME bank, is seeking a Branch Lead in Portlaoise to steer daily branch operations, develop a high-performing team and drive branch sales in line with regulatory standards.

You will coach staff on Blackbelt practices, promote omni-channel customer journeys and cultivate strong relationships with customers and partner managers to grow both new and existing business.

Qualifications

• Full QFA with up-to-date CPD hours for the CPD years.
• Proven retail finance sales and service experience, ideally at Branch level.
• Proven leader with ability to motivate a sales team to deliver objectives.
• Deep knowledge of PTSB products, services, and competitor awareness.
• Experience in business development and selling based on a track record of achievement.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate branch activities daily to optimise capacity and efficiencies.
• Supervise CF3 & CF4 roles advising on products and financial services.
• Coach staff to embed Blackbelt learnings and enhance customer engagement across channels.
• Drive business development, lead generation and cross-sales with clear performance visibility.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
• Build relationships with Senior Financial Consultants, SME Managers and Territory Sales Managers.
• Coordinate sales activity in the branch with the Territory Sales Manager.
