Job summary

PTSB is seeking a Branch Lead in Portlaoise to drive daily branch operations, lead a team and align with regulatory requirements. You will promote cross-sale opportunities and cultivate strong customer relationships while coordinating with SME/territory managers to achieve business goals.

The role emphasizes embedding change, driving customer segmentation initiatives and maintaining high standards of risk and conduct across all activities.

Qualifications

• Full QFA with up-to-date CPD hours.
• Proven experience in retail finance sales and service, preferably at branch level.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a sales team to deliver targets.
• Deep knowledge of PTSB products and competitive market awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Full valid driver’s licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate branch activities daily to optimise capacity.
• Supervise and manage CF3 & CF4 roles advising on products or financial services.
• Coach staff to embed Blackbelt learnings and enhance customer engagement.
• Drive business development, lead generation and cross-selling across the team.
• Provide excellent customer service through the product/financial journey.
• Collaborate with Senior Financial Consultants and Territory Managers.
