Job summary

HRconsultants.ie seeks an experienced Branch Lead to manage a busy financial services branch in Donegal Town. You will lead a small team, deliver an excellent in-branch experience and support customers with everyday banking and mortgage needs.

You will drive performance, monitor results with MI data, and maintain strong risk, compliance and security standards while overseeing day-to-day operations and community relations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in banking or financial services.

Responsibilities
