Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is seeking an experienced Retail Branch Manager for a busy branch in Limerick. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, leadership of branch staff, and delivering strong customer service.

You will drive commercial performance, oversee stock, budgets and reporting, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers while ensuring compliance and high presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a busy retail branch.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Experience in stock control, budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to drive sales and develop customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily branch operations with a focus on customer service.
• Manage branch sales, budgets and operating costs.
• Develop relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain merchandising standards.
• Support and develop the branch team and maintain health & safety standards.
