Job summary

Pfizer Grange Castle is seeking a Process Technician on an 11-month contract to join the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will work onsite within a cGMP environment, supporting the production of medicines with rigorous quality standards and ongoing training.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, mentoring colleagues, and continuous improvement using Lean tools. You will engage in start-up, installation and validation activities for new products, and participate in safety-focused

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) required.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products following cGMP and site SOPs.
• Assist with continuous improvement and Lean tools (5S, Method 1).
• Troubleshoot issues during routing operations and investigate deviations.
• Train and mentor colleagues; contribute to area SOPs and batch records.
• Support start-up, installation and validation activities for new products.
