Job summary

Pfizer is hiring a Process Technician for its Grange Castle facility in Ireland on an 11‑month contract. The role is onsite within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, focusing on producing products that meet safety and quality specifications.

You will work under cGMP guidelines, support continuous improvement, and participate in training and mentoring of colleagues. The role includes a rotating 24/7 shift with a shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Essential requirement: Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products ensuring safety, potency and efficacy per specifications.
• Work within cGMP guidelines and site SOPs; support Continuous Improvement.
• Maintain a safety-oriented culture and cGMP compliant environment.
• Perform initial troubleshooting during routing operations.
• Assist investigations of operational deviations via Quality System.
• Train and mentor colleagues.
• Contribute to area SOPs and batch records; use Lean tools daily.
• Assist in startup, installation and validation activities for new products.
