Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytical chemistry or pharmaceutical sciences.
• 5-8 years of GMP analytical lab experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading analytical lab teams and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of staff including hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Manage lab resources, scheduling, and project timelines with QA and other support groups.
• Ensure adherence to GMP/GLP and quality systems across projects.
• Develop SOPs and drive process improvements to meet client needs.
