You will handle planned maintenance, fault diagnosis and installations, ensuring compliance and high service standards in biomedical environments.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience servicing anaesthesia equipment is essential.
• Technical background in biomedical, medical or laboratory engineering.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding skills.
• Ability to travel nationally, including overnight stays.
• Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs of specialist biomedical and laboratory equipment.
• Service anaesthesia systems, vaporisers, oxygen concentrators and associated equipment.
• Maintain and test airflow and containment equipment, including biological safety cabinets and downflow workstations.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and technical faults.
• Complete equipment installations, commissioning and performance testing.
• Produce accurate service reports and identify any remedial work required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing a professional and reliable service.
• Manage your workload independently while travelling to customer sites across the UK and Ireland.
