Eurofins is seeking a Biochemistry Shift Lead Analyst to supervise the Analytical Development group on the B shift, weekends. You will perform analytical tests such as cSDS, HPLC and cIEF in a GMP environment, lead a high-performing team, and serve as a primary client contact for service delivery that meets deadlines and quality standards.

You will coach and develop staff, manage scheduling and resources, and ensure documentation and SOPs reflect compliance and best practices.

Formación

• Degree in chemistry or related subject required.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical GMP laboratory.
• Prior leadership experience in a laboratory setting.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as site leader for the B shift on weekends.
• Manage QBAS as lead checker and scheduler.
• Perform tests such as cSDS, HPLC or cIEF following GMP/regulatory standards.
• Lead and coordinate a high-performing laboratory team for productivity and quality.
• Serve as a key client contact ensuring service delivery meets expectations.
• Develop, coach and provide feedback to team members.
• Manage scheduling, resources and cross-training to maximise efficiency.
• Review and maintain technical docs, data and SOPs per GMP standards.
