Eurofins Scientific in Ireland (Ringaskiddy) is seeking an Analytical Development Days Lead Analyst to oversee a high-performing lab team, drive quality and client service, and coordinate scheduling and cross-training.

You will review GMP-compliant documentation, mentor staff, act as a key client contact, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while delivering on time and to the highest standards.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in chemistry or a related subject.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical industry GMP laboratory.
• Experience in a leadership capacity.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Act as site leader for the B shift on weekends (if shift lead).
• Lead and coordinate a high-performing laboratory team, driving productivity, quality, safety, and customer service excellence.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
• Coach and develop team members through training, mentoring and feedback.
• Manage scheduling, resource planning, and cross-training to maximise efficiency and achieve SLAs.
• Review, approve, and maintain GMP-compliant technical documentation, data, SOPs and reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using metrics and technical expertise.
• Oversee QBAS as lead checker and schedule (if shift lead).

Hours: Days or shift,39 hours per week if on day shift. Alternatively, 84 hours a week if on shift (12 hours each day, Wednesday, Thursday one week, and Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday the next week.

The purpose of this job is to serve as the Lead Analyst for the Analytical Development group within the client environment to support their technical and analytical tasks, to work to the highest standards in terms of quality and professionalism. As Analytical Development Lead Days Analyst, you'll duties will include:

• Act as site leader for the B shift on the weekends (if shift lead).
• Managing QBAS as lead checker and schedule (if shift lead).
• Lead and coordinate a high-performing laboratory team, driving productivity, quality, safety, and customer service excellence.
• Act as a key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring service delivery consistently meets or exceeds expectations.
• Support the development, coaching, and performance of team members through training, mentoring, and regular feedback.
• Manage laboratory scheduling, resource planning, and cross-training activities to maximise efficiency and achieve service level agreements.
• Review, approve, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, data, SOPs, and reports in line with GMP and compliance standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, using performance metrics and technical expertise to enhance processes, quality, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in chemistry or a related subject.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical industry GMP laboratory
• Experience in a leadership capacity
• Good team player, organised, accurate, have strong documentation skills
• Passionate about quality and client service.
• Good communication skills both internally and externally.
