Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd in Dundalk is seeking a BIM Technician to support the development of accurate, coordinated, information-rich 3D Revit MEP models for design, offsite manufacture and onsite installation.

You will collaborate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers and Project Managers to ensure models are clash-free, updated to design changes, and delivered with robust documentation and version control within the CDE, applying ISO 19650 frameworks.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain 3D Revit MEP models.
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers and Project Managers to ensure models are coordinated and clash-free.
• Produce 2D drawings, fabrication and installation packs, and maintain information/version control within the CDE.
• Apply ISO 19650-compliant processes and contribute to modelling standard improvements.
