Digital Infrastructure Ireland is seeking a BIM technologist to develop and maintain 3D Revit MEP models for mechanical and electrical services. You will collaborate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Project Managers to keep models coordinated, accurate, and clash-free.

You will prepare federated models using Revizto, update models for design changes, and produce 2D drawings and installation packs. Ongoing BIM skill development and ISO 19650 compliant processes are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 3D Revit MEP models for mechanical and electrical services.
• Ability to coordinate models with BIM Coordinators, Engineers and Project Managers.
• Familiarity with federated models using Revizto and maintaining version-controlled models.

Responsabilités

• Prepare federated BIM models and ensure coordination and clash-free deliverables.
• Update models in response to design changes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Produce 2D drawings and fabrication/installation packs as required.
• Participate in coordination meetings and model reviews; support site teams with up-to-date information.
