Job summary

Mercury Engineering is seeking a BIM Lead to head the BIM team on designated projects in Ballycoolin Business Park, Dublin. You will provide leadership, mentor staff, ensure workflows, and deliver on project schedules with strong client interface.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in BIM leadership, excellent organizational and teamwork skills, and a proactive, problem-solving approach. Travel to sites may be required across Ireland and abroad.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as BIM Lead.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and direction to the BIM team on designated projects.
• Performance manage BIM personnel and workloads.
• Mentor and guide the BIM project team and ensure workflows are understood.
• Ensure deliverables and deadlines align with project schedules.
• Interface with design teams and clients; attend project meetings as required.
• Travel to sites in Ireland and abroad may be required.
