A leading construction solutions provider in Dublin is seeking a Mid-Senior level BIM Lead. The successful candidate will provide project leadership and direction to the BIM team, manage performance and mentor team members. Applicants must have over 5 years of experience in BIM leadership, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as BIM Lead.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and direction to the BIM team.
• Performance manage BIM personnel on designated projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to BIM project team.
• Ensure workflows are in place and understood by the team.
• Work closely with design teams to ensure timely sign-offs.
• Provide weekly project reports in accordance with BIM standard procedures.
• Interface with clients as required.
• Travel to sites may be required.
