Job summary

This Dublin-based BIM Coordinator role focuses on coordinating Revit MEP models for mechanical and electrical building services across Ireland. The post reports to the BIM Lead and engineers, ensuring BIM standards are met and ISO 19650 processes are followed.

You will mentor staff and work closely with architects, structural consultants, and contractors. You will drive BIM workflow improvements, support project delivery, and help the team enhance model-based design, with hybrid working after

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Revit MEP and Navisworks experience in building services.
• Experience working to ISO 19650 standards and within a Common Data Environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up Revit models and drawings for engineering teams.
• Coordinate M&E models with architects and engineers.
• Carry out clash detection and issue coordination reports.
• Review files for BIM standards and ISO 19650 compliance.
• Develop Revit standards, families, templates, and procedures.
• Support engineers and junior team members in Revit modelling.
