Reddy Architecture & Urbanism seeks a BIM Coordinator to advance our architectural BIM workflows, ensuring high-quality, coordinated models across multiple projects. You will drive BIM strategy, support Revit and related tools, and mentor the BIM team to uphold our standards and client requirements.

Key duties include model health checks, clash detection, and developing standard templates and Dynamo scripts, while collaborating with project teams and senior leadership to improve efficiency and

Competenze

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit within architecture projects and BIM workflows.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles, model coordination and multi-discipline workflows.
• Experience supporting project delivery in a multi-project setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and guide multiple project teams, with clear communication.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 information management and data standards.

Mansioni

• Support BIM development and implementation, including workflow creation and model health checks.
• Audit/check models for quality, perform clash detection, and maintain BIM content libraries.
• Provide hands-on support for Revit and BIM tools across multiple projects.
• Mentor and supervise BIM Authors and Office BIM Leads, sharing guidance and updates.
• Coordinate with BIM Managers on workflows, templates, and knowledge sharing.
• Assist with ITT submissions and BIM fee proposals.
• Coordinate with external consultants and manage model exchanges.
• Maintain central library of Dynamo scripts and digital tools.
• Help ensure coordinated information and standards across the group.
