Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a BIM Coordinator (Digital Project Solutions) to join our team in Cork or Kildare. You will deliver incidental geometry production, information validation, model coordination and reporting.

Work with a leading European construction firm to implement ISO19650 standards, manage the project information model, and drive digital processes across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Team player with good communication and time-management skills.
• Interest in digital construction and facilities management.
• Basic understanding of ISO19650 information standards.
• Demonstrate BAM values and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support management of the project information model and share with project teams.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 19650 information standards.
• Maintain model coordination and mobilisation plans with regular reviews.
• Manage CDE usage according to BAM standards and client requirements.
• Ensure data quality of BIM models and report non-conformances.
• Contribute to MIDP and TIDP development and implementation.
• Collaborate with IT and DPS to ensure fit-for-purpose digital systems.
