Job summary

BAM is recruiting a BIM Coordinator (Digital Project Solutions) to join the team in Donegal. You will deliver incidental geometry production, information validation, model coordination and reporting to support project delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of digital construction experience, higher education in construction, and a good grasp of ISO 19650. The role offers a competitive salary and strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Higher education in construction or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years' experience in digital construction / digital facilities management.
• Familiar with industry and tendering processes.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project information model and share with the project team.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 19650 information standards.
• Establish compliant workflows and MIDP/TIDP plans.
• Coordinate model data quality and regular reviews.
• Report non-conformances and drive digital processes on projects.
