Job summary

BAM is offering a Graduate Digital Project Solutions Coordinator role in Ireland. You will support digital delivery on major construction projects, working with project teams to drive BIM, information management and data analysis from design through to delivery.

You will gain practical experience, guided by mentors and the Early Careers Team, while developing technical and commercial understanding for a successful career in Digital Project Solutions.

Qualifications

• Be studying towards, or have recently completed, a relevant degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Information Modelling, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying or another Built Environment discipline at an Irish third-level institution or university.
• Be due to graduate in Summer 2027 or have recently graduated.
• Have a genuine interest in digital technologies and innovation within the construction industry.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Be eager to learn, broaden your experience and take on responsibility.
• Have strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Be comfortable working with digital systems, technology and data.
• Have a desire to continue developing your technical knowledge and digital expertise.
