eir Ireland is seeking a Billing Analyst on a 12-month FTC to support end-to-end billing across markets. You will manage reference data changes, validate bills and monitor cycle volumes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.

Strong analytical skills, experience with large Excel datasets, and knowledge of billing systems are essential. Telecoms industry exposure is advantageous; proficiency in SQL is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage processes for reference data changes e.g. rates, discounts & promotions
• Perform Bill Validation for the key billing systems
• Monitor suspended orders and calls / overdue unbilled charges etc.
• Run & monitor bill cycle volumes/values
• Resolve in a timely manner escalated Billing Queries
• Ensure appropriate controls are in place to minimise risk of billing errors
• Support Billing release deployments and ensure billing functionality supports anticipated customer needs
• Support billing projects
• Monitor bill production, print and post volumes/costs
• Bill Schedule management
• Bill Quality
• Customer Billing Complaints management

About This Role:

The vision is to develop a strong, professional and client orientated billing organisation delivering value to the business through managing the integrity of the e2e billing chain for all market segments and assuring the quality of customer billing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage processes for reference data changes e.g. rates, discounts & promotions
