Job summary

Link Personnel Services is recruiting for a Billing Specialist based in Dublin City Centre. You will work closely with the Finance team in a positive, productive environment and handle invoicing through the billing system.

The role requires 3+ years in billing, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Hybrid working is offered, with 2 days from home, plus benefits such as pension, healthcare, and more.

Responsibilities

• Managing invoices through the practice management system.
• Maintaining regular communication with the firm’s partners and relevant departments to ensure billing is correct.
• Run reports from the billing system where required.
• Responding to client queries in a prompt manner.
• Identify and rectify any issues that may delay billing processes.
• Ad hoc duties and project work when required.
