Job summary

You will handle outbound outreach, educate clients on product suites, and drive adoption while aiming for quarterly revenue targets. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with at least two years of related experience and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience in online advertising, SEM or PPC, job advertising, or staffing agencies.
• Proven influencing and sales skills with ability to educate, service, and sell to clients.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused interactions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing clients to optimize current products.
• Educate clients on Indeed's product suite, ensuring optimized account usage and high feature adoption.
• Promote Indeed’s products and services, demonstrating ROI for SMBs.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets, client conversions, and productivity metrics.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences to drive retention and engagement.
