Job summary

Occupli Limited is seeking an experienced BER Assessor Trainer to work as an independent contractor in Ireland. The role focuses on training BER assessors with high-quality technical content and practical guidance, aligned with SEAI and QQI requirements.

Deliver engaging training online and in-person, mentor learners, and update materials to reflect current BER standards while supporting the growth of Occupli's BER training resources and services.

Qualifications

• Significant practical experience as a BER Assessor in Ireland.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish BER system and assessment methodology.
• Experience with BER software and SEAI requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging BER Assessor training online and in-person per syllabus and lesson plan.
• Provide guidance on BER methodology, procedures and technical requirements as per SEAI.
• Conduct property inspections, data collection and assessment training.
• Demonstrate best-practice BER assessment approaches and mentor new assessors.
• Keep content up-to-date with BER requirements and industry developments.
