Job summary

Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for qualified BER Assessors to cover nationwide locations including Galway, Cork, Limerick, Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow. The role involves performing BER assessments both on-site and remotely, with access to modern tools and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct detailed site surveys, provide technical advice, and manage energy-related assessments, working within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Registered BER Assessor with proven experience.
• Strong understanding of building regulations (incl. nzeb, zeb, A0) and SEAI requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office, SketchUp, and digital surveying/reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented with ability to deliver precise technical information.
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BER assessments to high technical and compliance standards.
• Conduct detailed site surveys, measurements, and data collection.
• Provide technical advice and support to clients for BERs and energy-related assessments.
• Undertake related services including technical and home energy audits.
• Manage workload independently within a supportive team structure.
