The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Counter Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching the team to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

Candidates should have proven supervisory and retail operations experience, ideally within cosmetics, and possess the ability to drive performance, training, and customer engagement in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory, coaching and retail operations skills from a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience preferred in cosmetics with a track record of coaching/mentoring others to reach targets.
• Proficiency in handling inventory and cash reconciliation, and operating POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to meet sales, customer service and operational targets.
