Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Counter Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team of Sales Associates in a prestige beauty environment. You will coach staff, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining store operations and visual standards.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, a passion for coaching, and the ability to manage inventory, cash reconciliation and POS software in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics or luxury brands.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Experience supervising and coaching others to hit sales and service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash handling.
• Comfort working retail hours including nights, weekends, and events.
• Experience with POS software used in retail environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
