Job summary

Axis Environmental Services, part of the Celnor Group, is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our Limerick team. You will identify opportunities across industrial, commercial, and public sector markets, build long-term client relationships and promote our environmental monitoring, emissions testing and consultancy services.

Collaborating with operations, you will drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award, maintain a healthy pipeline, and help

Qualifications

• Proven track record winning new business and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial and public sector markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact to proposal and contract award.
• Promote the full range of environmental monitoring, emissions testing and consultancy services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender responses.
• Maintain and develop a healthy sales pipeline through proactive BD activity.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
• Attend client meetings and industry events.
• Monitor market activity and competitors’ opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting.
