Axis Environmental Services, part of the Celnor Group, is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our Limerick team. You will drive growth across environmental monitoring, emissions testing and consultancy services by securing new clients and expanding relationships.

You will work closely with operations to ensure seamless handovers from sales to delivery, maintain a healthy pipeline, and promote our full range of services to both public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Business Development, Sales Manager, Account Manager or similar commercial role.
• Proven track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial and public sector markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to proposal and contract award.
• Promote the full range of environmental monitoring, emissions testing and consultancy services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender responses.
• Maintain and develop a healthy sales pipeline through proactive business development activity.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions.
• Monitor market activity, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting.
• Support the achievement of company growth targets and business objectives.
