Job summary

Catering in Ashford, Wicklow is seeking an experienced BCAR Coordinator (Residential) to manage site paperwork and coordinate BCAR processes across multiple residential projects.

The role is permanent, based in Ashford, with a salary of £38,500–£42,800 per annum. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in development pipelines in the local area and strong IT skills with MS Office and Excel.

We are currently seeking an experienced BCAR Coordiantor for our client, an expanding Residential Developer with multiple residential projects in Ashford, Wicklow.

5+ years development pipeline in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of all paperwork on site.
• BCAR Coordination.
• Tracking, uploading and signing off of invoices.
• Coordinate project documentation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administration/document controller role with similar responsibilities.
• Experience working on-site within the Construction Industry with some knowledge of BCAR.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.

Salary: £38500 – £42800/annum
