Job summary

Great National South Court Hotel is seeking an upbeat, self-motivated bartender for Off The Bone Gastropub. You will bring passion for cocktails, wines, and food pairings, delivering excellent guest service while working varied shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years bar experience, strong cocktail knowledge, and the ability to multi-task with attention to detail. Local regulations knowledge is required and EU work permission is needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years bar experience in a busy bar environment.
• Cocktail knowledge is essential; mixology experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of local bar regulations and licensing requirements.
• Strong customer service and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; proactive and reliable.
• Eligible to work in the EU with valid permission.

We are looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic, and self motivated individual to join our award winning bar team here at Off The Bone Gastropub, located in the Great National South Court Hotel. If you are passionate about cocktails, wines, and food & beverage pairings this is the role that will suit you!!

This position that consists of weekday and weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate:

• 2+ years Bar experience ideally from a busy bar background.
• Good cocktail knowledge essential and Mixology experience a plus
• Knowledge of local and state regulations related to the bar industry
• Team player with the ability to multi task and have excellent presentation skills with a fine eye for detail.
• A true people person who can deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.
• Ability to take the initiative and demonstrate working independently while handling multiple responsibilities and following up on queries and inquiries as part of a daily routine.
• Level headed with strong problem-solving skills and a natural ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems.
• Have full permission or hold a valid visa to work in the EU
