Job summary

The Merrion Hotel in Dublin is seeking a full-time Cellar Bar Bartender to join our professional Food & Beverage team. You will bring cocktail, spirit and wine knowledge and provide a five-star drinks service.

You will conduct day-to-day requisitions, keep the bar neat and presentable, and work shifts with flexibility. The role offers training and opportunity to work in a luxury hotel environment opposite Government Buildings in the city centre.

Qualifications

• Cocktail/spirit/wine knowledge required.
• Experience in bar operations and guest interaction preferred.
