Job summary

Insomnia Coffee in Dublin is seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join our seven-day operation at Unit 2, Stillorgan Road, Montrose, Dublin 4. You will deliver fast, friendly service and perfect espresso shots, while learning our Insomnia philosophy and coffee craftsmanship.

We offer flexible work patterns, weekend shifts, full training, and opportunities for progression as we grow. Competitive hourly rates and a supportive team environment await all who share a passion for great coffee.

Qualifications

• Bring a positive attitude and pride in delivering great service with every cup.
• Team players who enjoy a fast paced, customer focused environment.
• Experience in high standard, fast paced settings, ideally with knowledge of audits and compliance (but training provided).
• Can work flexible hours, including weekends, across our 7 day operation.
• Coffee experience is a plus, but it's not a dealbreaker; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly service and great coffee to customers.
• Maintain high standards during busy shifts.
• Assist with adherence to audits and compliance and ensure cleanliness.
