Job summary

Insomnia Coffee is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our Dublin stores. You will deliver the Insomnia experience with great coffee and warm service, in a fast-paced environment across seven days.

Training will be provided to ensure consistency and quality across all drinks and service. We offer a great work environment, opportunities for career development, and flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and apply training on coffee preparation and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
• Prepare and serve coffee and related beverages to Insomnia standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter and seating areas.
• Support audits and compliance as part of daily tasks.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, in a 7-day operation.

• Bring a positive attitude and take pride in delivering great service with every cup
• Are team players who enjoy a fast paced, customer focused environment
• Have experience in high standard, fast paced settings, ideally with knowledge of audits and compliance (but don't worry if you don't-we'll train you!)
• Can work flexible hours, including weekends, across our 7 day operation
• Have coffee experience-but it's not a dealbreaker. We'll provide full training to help you shine!
