Job summary

Insomnia Coffee Company in Malahide is seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join our seven-day operation. You’ll deliver great coffee and friendly service in a fast-paced, high-standard store, helping guests enjoy the Insomnia experience.

We offer competitive hourly rates, flexible patterns to suit your lifestyle, a free meal on every shift, and ample opportunities for career growth as we continue to expand in Ireland. Full training is provided to help you shine.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible shifts.
• Training provided to all new baristas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coffee and excellent customer service to guests.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced store while maintaining standards.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and cash handling as required.

Insomnia Baristas

• Bring a positive attitude and take pride in delivering great service with every cup
• Are team players who enjoy a fast paced, customer focused environment
• Have experience in high standard, fast paced settings, ideally with knowledge of audits and compliance (but don't worry if you don't-we'll train you!)
• Can work flexible hours, including weekends, across our 7 day operation
• Have coffee experience-but it's not a dealbreaker. We'll provide full training to help you shine!
